1.Who We Are
Epiko Hub LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a consulting firm based in Los Angeles, California, serving U.S. business owners nationwide. Contact: info@epikohub.com.
2.Information We Collect
Categories per Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140:
- Identifiers: name, email, phone (optional), business industry
- Commercial information: services you inquire about, employee headcount range
- Internet activity: anonymized page views (no cookies)
- Inferences: none drawn for profiling purposes
We do not collect: SSN, payment cards, biometric data, geolocation, or sensitive personal information.
3.How We Use Information
We use information you provide for the following business purposes:
Service delivery & client engagement
- Respond to consultation requests and inbound inquiries
- Schedule and conduct virtual or on-site calls when you opt in
- Prepare engagement letters, statements of work, invoices, and receipts
- Deliver consulting and IT services, including audits, document packages, monthly partner advisory, training, and onboarding
- Send service-related notices (engagement updates, schedule changes, billing reminders, deliverable notifications)
Business operations
- Maintain books and records (accounts receivable / payable, tax filings, audit support)
- Recover unpaid invoices, including handing over to collections or legal counsel where necessary
- Process payments and refunds via authorized payment processors
- Verify identity for sensitive requests (CCPA verification, large engagement KYC)
- Maintain back-ups, disaster-recovery copies, and security audit logs
Marketing & communications (opt-in only)
- Send newsletters, content updates, and educational resources where you have opted in
- Invite you to webinars, workshops, or events you have expressed interest in
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, post-engagement reviews, or testimonial requests (with separate consent before any publication)
- Send case-study or referral inquiries (with explicit consent before any sharing)
- Announce new services or pricing changes to existing clients
Improvement & analytics
- Improve site usability, navigation, and content quality via aggregated, anonymized analytics
- Analyze chatbot conversations in aggregate to identify common questions and update FAQs (no individual transcripts published)
- Develop, test, and refine consulting frameworks, templates, and training content using de-identified engagement data
- Monitor service performance, error rates, uptime, and security events
Legal, compliance & safety
- Comply with applicable laws, court orders, subpoenas, and regulatory requests
- Enforce our Terms of Service, engagement letters, and other agreements
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unauthorized access
- Protect the rights, property, and safety of Epiko Hub, our clients, employees, contractors, and the public
- Defend or pursue claims, including in litigation, arbitration, or insurance proceedings
Business transactions
- Evaluate, negotiate, and complete a merger, acquisition, financing, partnership, sale of business, or similar transaction. In such case, information may be transferred to the successor entity subject to equivalent privacy protections.
4.Categories of Service Providers and Recipients
We engage third-party service providers strictly to support the purposes in Section 3. We require providers to limit their use of information to the services they provide for us. Specific vendors may change as our operations evolve; we will not notify you of routine vendor changes within these categories. The categories are:
Infrastructure & hosting
- Cloud hosting, content delivery, DNS, and infrastructure providers
- Analytics providers (cookieless or aggregated; no cross-site tracking)
- Performance monitoring, uptime, and error-tracking providers
- Backup, disaster-recovery, and storage providers
- Security service providers (DDoS protection, abuse detection, audit logging)
Communications
- Email delivery and transactional email providers
- SMS or messaging providers (only if you opt in to text reminders)
- Video conferencing platforms (only if you select a video meeting)
- Calendar / scheduling tools
Productivity & operations
- Document creation, electronic signature, and contract management tools
- Project management and workflow tools used for client engagements
- Customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Help-desk or support-ticket tools (if used for client support)
Financial & professional services
- Payment processors, billing platforms, and bookkeeping software
- Accountants, tax preparers, auditors, and professional advisors under confidentiality
- Insurance carriers and brokers (under confidentiality)
- Outside legal counsel engaged by Epiko Hub (under attorney-client privilege and confidentiality)
- Collections agencies, but only for past-due, undisputed invoices
Specialized service delivery
- AI and large-language-model providers used to generate or assist with chat responses, drafting, summarization, or analysis
- Translation and localization providers (for multilingual materials)
- Subcontractor consultants engaged under confidentiality to support specific client engagements
Marketing & communications providers
- Email marketing platforms (used only for opt-in newsletters and client communications)
- Event-management or webinar platforms (if you register for an event)
- Survey, NPS, and feedback tools (anonymized where possible)
Required disclosures
- Government agencies, regulators, or courts in response to lawful requests
- Law-enforcement when we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm
- Successor entities in connection with a business transaction (see Section 3)
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Submit requests to info@epikohub.com. We respond within 45 days.
Verification. To verify your request we may ask for your full name and the email address used in prior contact, and confirmation of specific information you previously provided. For requests involving sensitive information we may additionally request a government-issued ID. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with your written authorization. We may deny requests that cannot be verified within the response window.
6.Data Retention
Contact form submissions: 12 months. Analytics: 90 days.
7.Children's Privacy
Our services are for business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
8.Cookies
See our Cookie Policy. In brief: minimal cookies, no third-party tracking.
9.Security
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and anonymization. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access by third parties despite our reasonable efforts.

Updates posted here with a new effective date.
