- Monitored and reported on critical KPIs — OSHA rates, claim costs, loss ratios, and injury rates — delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership and ensuring full compliance with Workers' Compensation regulations across all jurisdictions.
- Drove claims analysis to uncover cost trends and savings opportunities, leading a North America-wide telemedicine initiative that strengthened the organization's risk-management strategy and reduced overall claim costs.
- Led end-to-end HR operations across Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina for a workforce of 800+ employees — driving consistent execution of talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while optimizing labor cost controls through UKG and Dayforce.
- Investigated and resolved 150+ Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Property claims across 80 stores and warehouses in 11 states — partnering directly with adjusters from Chubb, Travelers, and ESIS to minimize organizational risk exposure and drive efficient claim resolution.
- Oversaw Property Risk Engineering and Assessment programs in collaboration with AIG and Zurich — designing Business Continuity Plans, executing Safety Trainings, and enforcing NFPA and NEC compliance across all retail and warehouse operations.
- Assisted in expanding AhnLab's international client base across Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand) by facilitating cross-cultural communication and client outreach.
